Magniberg was founded in 2016 by Bengt Thornefors and Nina Norgren in Stockholm, Sweden. After a career in the fashion industry, the founders came together to find a new expression for bedding, steeped in cultural references, fantasy and emotional aesthetics. Magniberg is based on craftsmanship and the use of the highest quality fabrics.

A special feature of Magniberg bed linen is its versatility. By combining textures and colours, it can be mixed and matched individually. The brand combines different materials and shades in unconventional ways, such as black and pink washed jersey with crisp white satin or striped blue oxfords with white poplin and mother-of-pearl buttons. In 2019, Magniberg has partnered with one of the world's leading designer textile companies, Kvadrat. This has allowed the brand to enhance its already unique aesthetic and craftsmanship.
